Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of wigs and hair products, our return guidelines are as follows:

Eligible Returns:

• Item must be unused, unaltered, uncut, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Worn or tried-on wigs
• Installed wigs
• Custom-coloured, custom-sized, or personalised wigs
• Sale and clearance items
• Items exposed to scents, product, or tampering

Exchanges:

Allowed only for unused items in original condition. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless we sent a damaged/incorrect item.

Refunds:

• Refunds processed after inspection
• Refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
